Apnea KIDS founded in 2020 on Koh Phangan, offers private and semi-private swimming lessons for kids from 6 months, and freediving courses for children from 6 years old.
Daria, founder and teacher at Apnea KIDS, lives on Koh Phangan for over 7 years. She is co-owner and Freediving instructor at Apnea Koh Phangan Freediving school. She is experienced and competitive swimmer, and certified swimming teacher. Over the past five years Daria is teaching Freediving to adults from beginner to advanced levels.
Since 2020, she created Apnea KIDS Swimming & Freediving Education place for children based in Koh Phangan, Thailand. Where is sharing her love to the water and passion for swimming and freediving for little once and adults.

Children learn to control their breathing in freediving and swimming – to concentrate on breathing, which improves concentration in general. Children learn to monitor the state of their bodies.
